The Northern Cape has become the latest province where disgruntled ANC members are challenging the legality of a provincial elective conference.
A group of disgruntled members have filed court papers in the Kimberley High Court asking it to nullify the conference held in Colesberg earlier this year which was seen as a victory for supporters of Deputy President Cyril Ramaphosa.
