Insurance company Discovery has announced that as of January 2022 all its staff must be vaccinated against COVID-19.
It says there will be certain exceptions in relation to staff health issues, religious and other legal rights while seeking to balance the rights of all its employees.
This approach has been adopted in some parts of Europe and the United States. However, there are opposing voices who say it’s not right that anyone should be forced to take the vaccine.
