It has been a black weekend on Eastern Cape roads this weekend, with eleven deaths.
In the latest crash , three people lost their lives in a head on collision on the R58 road near Lady Grey last night. Four others were rushed to hospital.
Earlier in the day, four people died and seventeen were injured in three different accidents in the province.
In an accident near Aberdeen, a minibus overturned and was hit by a bus, two people died on the scene, while eleven were rushed to hospital, where a third victim died.
In Mqanduli, a bakkie with five passengers overturned and one person died and the rest were rushed to hospital.
In a third crash, three people were injured when their vehicle overturned in Sterkspruit.
