GOOD party leader, Patricia de Lille, has vowed to create pro-poor policies by providing affordable housing and city resources skewed towards the needs of the poor. She’s further promised to close the poverty gap in the country.

She was launching her party’s election manifesto in Johannesburg.

De Lille has also announced the party’s mayoral candidates ahead of the Local Government Elections on November 1.

GOOD aims to compete in 46 municipalities and five metros. It’s the party’s first time to contest in the Local Government Elections since it was formed in 2018.

De Lille says the party is committed to justice.
