The DA has started handing out pamphlets and T-shirts at the Noord taxi rank where it hopes to win the hearts of hundreds of commuters in Johannesburg.
This as election campaigning intensifies with political parties fighting for votes from eligible voters in Gauteng, the wealthiest province in the country.
Pamphlets that read: “The DA is an honest, efficient party that delivers on time”, are being handed out to commuters.
DA leader, Mmusi Maimane is also taking selfies and shaking hands with party supporters at the rank.
