The Black Sash  is accusing Cash Paymaster Services (CPS)  of hampering with the South African Post Office‘s progress to issue new South African Social Security Agency (Sassa) cards by denying it access to several pay-points across the country.

CPS has been criticised in an expert panel report to the Constitutional Court that it is interfering in the duties of Sassa and the Post Office.

The National Director of the Black Sash Trust‚ Lynette Maart‚ confirms that CPS appears to have been trying to stall the processes.
