The Secretary of Governance and Administration from the Congress of the People (COPE), Vanita Coetzee, says they have lodged a complaint with the Electoral Commission of South Africa (IEC).
This is after some people who had applied for special votes were not permitted to vote.
Coetzee says the complaints have been handled.
