The Congress of the People (COPE) has called on the South African government to blacklist Bosasa from doing business with government departments.

The party has called on Justice and Correctional Services Minister, Ronald Lamola to disclose whether the controversial company continues to enjoy financial gains from Government.

COPE Spokesperson, Dennis Bloem says they want the government to stop doing business with Bosasa.

“We are calling upon the South African government to immediately impose sanctions against Bosasa. The Minister of Justice and Correctional Services and the Government, the Minister of Treasury, must tell the country if they have stopped doing business with these people.”
