President Cyril Ramaphosa in his capacity as Commander-in-Chief of the SANDF, has conveyed his condolences to the family of the chief of the army Lieutenant-General Thabiso Mokhosi.
Mokhosi died Tuesday morning at Unitas hospital on the outskirts of Pretoria after a short illness.
Lieutenant General Mokhosi was promoted to the Chief of the South African Army from 1 November 2019 which saw other senior leadership of the defence force into new positions.
