The ANC provincial structures are scrambling to hold leadership nomination conferences ahead of today’s deadline set by the party. This amid protests from some branches which are crying foul. The ANC’s nomination process has encountered challenges at branch level since it started at the beginning of this month, with some failing to reach the required quorums to nominate a new batch of leaders and some reporting incidents of violence and intimidation.
