The case of a Soweto man, charged with murder after female body parts were found in his freezer over a week ago, will resume on Monday in the Protea Magistrate’s Court.
The matter was postponed last week to give him time to appoint a legal representative.
According to the police, the girlfriend discovered the body parts after he had left to go shopping.
Police have linked the discovery of a head in a shallow grave next to Glen Ridge, on Westonaria road last week, to that of a woman whose remains were found in the fridge.
The body parts are being connected to a 23-year-old woman from Soshanguve in Pretoria.
