Fashion gurus, designers, models and photographers are in Cape Town for the city’s Fashion Week over the next few days.
The latest menswear, women’s Spring and Summer collections, as well as the All-fashion Sourcing Expo are being showcased at the new Wonderland Film Studios in Gardens.
Over 35 designers and 20 emerging and young creatives are participating.
A sensory overload is expected n Saturday when the event celebrates street and casual wear culture from headliner brands in South Africa and Nigeria.
Dozens of fashion shows, the Bokeh Film Festival and pop-up stores by Cape designers for fashion followers are some of the other highlights.
Recycled dead-stock clothing which students have turned into new and fashionable pieces will also be on display.
