The 25-year-old man accused of the murder of six-year-old, Stacey Adams is on Wednesday expected to appear in the Mitchell’s Plain Magistrate’s Court on the Cape Flats.
The body of the girl was found in a shallow grave in Eastridge on Sunday just hours after she was reported missing.
Adams who was reported missing by her grandmother on Saturday was apparently walking to her mother’s house in the same area.
The grave was dug just a few metres from the Adams family home.
The suspect is believed to be the boyfriend of Stacey’s mother.
