Burkina Faso are a team still trying to establish themselves as a force on the African continent.
Their best performance was when they finished on fourth position when they were the host in 1998.
They had a fair road to qualification and having done well only when they were the hosts 14 years ago, it remains to be seen if they have what it takes to put up a good fight in a tournament on foreign soil.
