In the Buffalo City Metro, also in the Eastern Cape, the ANC is expected to retain control of the metro, predicting to win by 61.1%, with the DA following at 18.5% and the EFF at 10.6%.
In the City of Cape Town, the DA, at 29% of the voting district declared, is expected to win 56% of the vote share, followed by the ANC at only 19.6%; the EFF and the Good party close at 3.9% and 3.8%, respectively. The FFPlus is expected to finish fifth at 2.8 and the ACDP sixth at 2.2%.
