Bucs aim for spot in champions’ league

Orlando Pirates head coach Milutin Sredojevic says he is now focusing on getting a champions’ league spot for his team.

Sredojevic says the last three league games are crucial for his charges to collect maximum points to be guaranteed the spot.

The Serbian-born coach says Bucs are champion’s league material.

Pirates have collected 49- points from 27 games and are placed second on the log.

Orlando last reached the champions’ league final in 2013 when they lost to Al-Ahly by three-one aggregate score.

“Extremely happy that with these three points we have made a huge towards that play leading us to Caf champions league because Africa is waiting for Orlando Pirates to go to champions league.”
