Botswana thrashes Lesotho 4-0 in Cosafa game

In the two Cosafa Cup matches played this afternoon in Gqeberha in the Eastern Cape, Botswana thrashed Lesotho 4-0 and Eswatini registered a second victory in the tournament by beating Zambia 1-0.

In their opening match of the tournament on Tuesday, Eswatini beat Lesotho 3-1, before losing 1-0 to South Africa.

Botswana’s Tumisang Orebonye grabbed a hattrick against the Crocodiles of Lesotho to hand the Zebras a first win in the ongoing competition.

In their first match of the competition on Thursday, the Zebras of Botswana suffered a slim 1-0 loss to Bafana Bafana.
