The Free State outfit will be led by coaches John Maduka and Lehlohonolo Seema who helped the side secure a top eight finish last season.

Bloemfontein Celtic will return for pre-season preparations on the 17th of this month. The Free State outfit will be led by coaches John Maduka and Lehlohonolo Seema who helped the side secure a top eight finish last season.

There is still uncertainty about whether the club will still be in Bloemfontein as it has been up for sale for over a year now. Club Managing Director Rali Ramabodu shares pre-season dates and plans.

Phunya Sele Sele has been marred by financial controversy with players striking for much of last season due to unpaid salaries and bonuses.

Ramabodu shares player’s names that would not be returning in the new season.

After a tough season for Celtic off the field it came as a surprise when the side finished in the top eight of the Absa Premiership. Ramabodu hails his players for the effort over a rough season.

The former Roses United and Polokwane City General Manager says they would not be  buying players due to financial constraint. – Report by Tshenolo Meruti
