National People’s Front (NAPF) leader, Bheki Gumbi says the best way to revive the rural economy is through agriculture.
He was speaking at Nongoma in the northern KwaZulu-Natal where the party handed over livestock and a cattle dip built for the community .
The handing over was part of their election campaign.
Gumbi says although the party is new, it understands the struggles of people, especially those in rural areas.
“Voting the NAPF into, government we can do many more things for the community.”
“We really appreciate that to revive the rural economy we have to build dams and also dips and everything that can take care of livestock.”
“We did this without the support of government; we did it on our own.”
