The Telkom Knockout champions Baroka Football Club have parted ways with several players and club CEO Morgan Mammila. Mammila resigned prior to the Limpopo derby which saw Baroka lose 2-1 against Black Leopard at the Peter Mokaba stadium on Sunday.

Amongst the players whose contract were terminated are first team players Mpho Kgashane and Thabo Moseki while Emmanual Letlotlo returned back to Kaizer Chiefs.

The team spokesperson Richard Mashabane says Mammila left to pursue other opportunities.

“It is very difficult to lose someone like Mr Mammila in the team but unfortunately he got a good offer somewhere whereby he needs to go and fix the problems for another team he can come back anytime if he feels he can come back,” explains Mashabane.
