Safa President Danny Jordaan announced on Monday that Bafana Bafana will play againt Paraguay in the Nelson Mandela Centenary Celebrations challenge.

Bafana Bafana will play Paraguay in the Nelson Mandela Centenary Celebrations challenge match at the Moses Mabhida Stadium on the 20 November.

The match comes three days after South Africa’s Africa Cup of Nations match against Nigeria at the FNB Stadium. South African Football Association President, Danny Jordaan, made the announcement in Johannesburg on Monday.

He said Paraguay are the ideal opponents to mark 100 years of the father of the nation, Nelson Mandela.

Paraguay are ranked 31st in the world, 42 places higher that South Africa.

South Africa will play Paraguay in the 24th edition of the Nelson Mandela Children's Fund friendly match on Tuesday, 20 November 2018 at @MMStadium. Kickoff is 19h00 pic.twitter.com/4zi8SYMSdu
