The Alliance for Transformation for All (ATA) marched to the SABC to campaign for their 2019 election manifesto launch be covered by the Public Broadcaster.
The political party was founded by people in the taxi industry but says it does not only represent them but every stakeholder from drivers, hawkers and all other informal traders.
ATA’s General Secretary Mzoxolo Dibela explains why they decided to take their manifesto plea outside the SABC.
“Being here we are here to show South Africa and even making a call to SABC to do a broadcast and cover our party because our manifesto is making provisions in all the things that are affecting the society of South Africa,” explains Dibela.
