Highlights in this week’s wrap.

– We travel to the sleepy village of Vilanculos in Mozambique for kite surfing in Vilanculos. Vilanculos is also known to be the Mozambican capital of water sports.

– And after a day on the water, what better way to end it off than with a party with some amazing local talent, Gran’Mah. Gran’Mah is one of the best kept music secrets in Southern Africa, but that’s all about to change. Fresh off the block this Maputo band has already been nominated in three categories at this year’s Mozambique Music Awards.

– South Africa Fashion Week was forced to postpone a show on Thursday, due to the Sandstorm that swept across the country.

And finally, More than a 100 000 people from various backgrounds and parts of the country are expected to attend the Durban Diwali Festival that starts tomorrow.
