Another postponement in Malema’s land grab case

EFF Leader Julius Malema is being charged in terms of the Riotous Assemblies Act of 1956 after an alleged call in 2014 on supporters to invade vacant land.

The case against Economic Freedom Fighters (EFF) leader Julius Malema about an alleged call for land invasion has once again been postponed in the Newcastle Magistrates Court to the 1^st of November.

Malema was represented by his attorney in his absence.

Malema is being charged in terms of the Riotous Assemblies Act of 1956 after an alleged call in 2014 on supporters to invade vacant land.

The case has been on-going since November 2016.
