The African National Congress says it can’t dictate to President Jacob Zuma about his next step on the State of Capture report.
This follows Wednesday’s ground-breaking judgment by the High Court in Pretoria which ordered the President to appoint a commission of inquiry into State Capture as prescribed by the Public Protector’s report.
The High Court dismissed President Zuma’s review application and setting aside of the State of Capture report.
ANC spokesperson, Zizi Kodwa says there shouldn’t be further delay in establishing the Commission.
