Amazulu Queen Mantfombi Dlamini Zulu to be buried on Thursday evening

Mourners have gathered at the KwaKhangelamankengane palace at Nongoma in KwaZulu-Natal where the AmaZulu regent Queen Mantfombi Dlamini Zulu will be buried in a private ceremony on Thursday evening.

The Queen passed away at the Milpark Hospital in Johannesburg on Thursday last week at the age of 65.

Her body was transported from Johannesburg to Nongoma on Wednesday.

The Queen’s memorial service will take place on Friday. The Seventh Day Adventist Church, to which the Queen belonged,  will preside over the memorial service.
