The matter will be heard after the Premier Soccer League has appealed the Ajax-Tendai Ndoro matter.

Ajax Cape Town’s case to interdict the start of the new Absa Premiership season will once again be back in Southern Gauteng High Court on Thursday.

The matter will be heard after the Premier Soccer League has appealed the Ajax-Tendai Ndoro matter.

The two cases were postponed on Tuesday due to a congested court roll.

Earlier this month, Judge Denie Fisher set aside the ruling of the arbitrator William Makhari to dock points from Ajax and relegate the club to the National First Division.

The matter was referred back to the FIFA Player Status Committee and the PSL indicated that it would appeal that ruling.

The PSL’s appeal will be heard first followed by Ajax Cape Town’s application to interdict the start of the season due to kick off on the fourth of next month.
