ABSA Premiership defending champions Bidvest Wits’ woes continued when the bottom of the log side shared the spoils with Chippa United in a match that ended 1-all in Port Elizabeth on Sunday afternoon.

In another match this afternoon Golden Arrows beat CAF Confederation Cup finalists SuperSport United 1-nil in Durban.

Meanwhile Baroka F.C are back in the top eight bracket after a 2-nil win over the struggling AmaZulu in Polokwane.

Baroka who were playing at home were rewarded as early as the eight minute with a strike by Mduduzi Mdantsane. Baroka pushed for another goal late in the second half, but they were denied by the woodwork in the 77th minute.

It came as no surprise when Gift Motupa increased their lead two minutes.
