Kaizer Chiefs tweeted Friday evening that they have terminated Coach Gavin Hunt’s contract with immediate effect.
In the interim, Assistant Coaches Arthur Zwane and Dillon Sheppard will take charge of the senior team.
The Club will make further announcements in due course.
Chiefs are currently 11th on the DSTV Premiership log. Another loss and they could even be flirting with relegation.
However, Kaizer Chiefs are in the semi-finals of the CAF Champions League and will play Wydad Casablanca on the 18th of June.
The club will face Golden Arrows on the second of June in their penultimate league fixture.
