South Africa’s new Aids plan will come into operation next year April.
December 1, 2011President Jacob Zuma launched government’s new National Strategy Plan to fight HIV/Aids and TB in the Eastern Cape on December 1. This also coincides with the commemoration of the 23rd World Aids Day.
