99.3% of the results are in already captured in the IEC system

The IEC says at the level of capture, 99.3% of the results are already in the system awaiting scaning and auditing.  

“This means of the 64 502 results expected, 64 062 have been captured in the system.” The completion rate in the rest of the provinces ranges between 83.9 and 88%.
