Defence lawyer Peter Daubermann has brought in new entries in the case of rape accused Pastor Timothy Omotoso and his co-accused Lusanda Sulani and Zukiswa Sitho at the High Court in Gqeberha, Eastern Cape.
Daubermann says he wants Judge Irma Schoeman to allow the application wherein he alleges former state prosecutor Advocate Nceba Ntelwa induced witnesses to commit perjury.
