Springboks, All Blacks to don traditional kits for final in Paris

Reading Time: < 1 minute

World Rugby has confirmed that both the Springboks and the All Blacks will wear their traditional playing strips for the Rugby World Cup final at the Stade de France in Paris on Saturday evening.

The Boks will wear their Green and Gold jerseys with white shorts and green socks, while the New Zealanders will be kitted out in black from head to toe.

With three World Cup titles between them, the two teams have won a combined 6 of the 9 World Cup titles.

But South Africa and New Zealand have only met once in a final before and that was in 1995 when the Springboks lifted their first Webb Ellis Cup at Ellis Park in Johannesburg.
