There are currently 30 hung councils out of the 60 declared as at 4pm on Tuesday. 213 councils were up for the grabs when polling stations opened on Monday. By late Tuesday afternoon, the ANC had already garners 46 councils followed by the DA at 13 and the NFP with 1.
