One of the killers of Warrick “DJ Warras” Stock has been sentenced to 25-years imprisonment by the Johannesburg High Court.
Mozambican national Joaquim Armando Pacula pleaded guilty to charges of murder, unlawful possession of a firearm, unlawful possession of ammunition, and contravening the Immigration Act.
This follows a plea and sentence agreement Pacula entered with the state.
DJ Warras was fatally shot outside the Zambesi building in central Johannesburg in December last year.
The NPA says the case against Pacula’s co-accused Victor Majola remains before the court and has been postponed to 17 August 2026 for the conclusion of the pre-trial conference.
