The remains of 199 Lebanese militants - who were captured by Israel two years ago - are making their way from Israel back to Beirut.
Earlier the United Nations officials confirmed that the remains released by Hezbollah are those of the two Israeli soldiers Eldad Regev and Ehud Goldwasser whose capture by the Lebanese militant group in 2006 prompted an Israeli invasion of Lebanon.
Israel is still conducting its own test on the remains. The deal is viewed as a triumph by the Lebanese guerrilla group and as a painful necessity by many Israelis -- two years after the soldiers' capture sparked a 34-day war with Hezbollah that killed about 1 200 people in Lebanon and 159 Israelis.
