Yesterday Israel allowed 75 trucks carrying humanitarian aid into Gaza

The United Nations Relief and Works Agency (UNRWA) says it will not halt food distribution to needy Gazans as it has received more fuel and aid supplies.
Israel stopped aid on Sunday after Palestinian militants fired three mortar shells on the Nahal Oz border crossing through which supplies enter Gaza.
UNRWA says it has enough food and fuel to continue distribution for the next 20 days. About three quarters of Gaza's 1.5 million people live off UN food parcels.
As militants increase attacks on border terminals through which food and supplies enters Gaza, Israel regularly seals off crossings. UNWRA's John Ging has called on Palestinian militants to stop the attacks.
Ging says Israel's response cannot be justified because their actions mostly affect the civilian population. Yesterday Israel allowed 75 trucks carrying humanitarian aid into Gaza. A statement released by the government press office says that unless the rocket fire from Gaza stops, Hamas must bear the consequences.
