The lull in rocket fire in Gaza and Southern Israel is now over after more than a dozen rockets fired by Islamic Jihad militants slammed into Sderot, an Israeli town that borders Gaza.
Militants say this is in response to last night's Israeli army attack that killed three of its members in Bethlehem including its top West Bank commander. Israel claims the men masterminded last week's attack on a seminary that killed eight religious students.
Hamas accuses Palestinian Authority President Mahmoud Abbas and his West Bank security forces of aiding Israeli troops. The Jewish State claims the men planned the attack on the religious school. Yesterday Hamas leader in Gaza Ismail Haniyeh set out the terms for a truce with Israel and said the ball is in their court.
