Former Kaizer Chiefs striker - Moren "Samora' Khulu, has died at Madadeni Hospital in Newcastle. 49 year old Khulu was admitted to the hospital two weeks ago with an acute combination of sugar diabetes and high blood pressure.
The once formidable Kaizer Chiefs striker still retains his club's record of having scored in all matches they played at Ellis Park Stadium.
He is survived by his wife Monica and two daughters - Tracy and Sihle. He was last seen in action in the mid 1980s. His daughter, Tracy, aged 22, says her family has lost a very supportive person.” I feel very sad and depressed for the passing of my dad because he was a bread winner of the family…”
