Springbok assistant coaches named

Muir is currently the Sharks head coach

Gary Gold and Dick Muir have been named as Springbok assistant coaches. Muir is currently the Sharks head coach while Gold is Stormers assistant coach.

The Springbok’s coach Peter De Villiers says he is delighted with the appointments.

Peter Maimane of the Lions is technical advisor and he's part of a 10 man management team in conjunction with De Villiers.

The name of the team manager has not yet been announced and there is still uncertainty over how the position will function.
