is bordering on non-existent. And I
believe that the lack of respect, for
all-important customers, is
counter-productive and one of the main
reasons why job-creation is at an
all-time low, and unemployment remains
at crisis

World class CABIN service - if you can
overcome the other hurdles such as the
Voyager Miles crap and poor service
levels before the actual flight.

I want Spec Ass to phone the call
centres of big companies like Sanlam in
CT ,
Compensation Fund in Pretoria, Estate
Agents Affairs Board in JHB, and others
and see the absolute frustration we
customers have with these centres to get
service over the telephone.
How can a CEO say customer service is a
concept that some of our employees
havent
ben able to
grasp yet - although demanding 1st world
pay and conditions? Ex frequent flyer
