Government should subsidise such tracker unit.
Bring back the death penalty for rape and murder. I belief
that this will let them think twice before raping and killing
innocent people.
Child rape should be treated as murder. The child is never the
same again and suffers horrendous trauma.
Missing children; i think Sabc can help by flashing the photos
of missing children in the corner of the screen of Sabc1 2
and3 24/7 between programmes.
