Man burns to death in Diepsloot shack fire

A man has burnt to death and another suffered severe burns after a fire broke out in their shack in Diepsloot in Johannesburg.

Police spokesperson Patricia Simelane says the second man had to be airlifted to a Johannesburg hospital early this morning.

It is alleged that the fire was caused by a cigarette after the two men had been drinking in the shack last night.
