The IFP has challenged Cele to divulge details of the accident involving Prince Sifiso Zulu's car

Traffic officials say drivers on KwaZulu-Natal roads have become complacent. The province has been well-known for its zero-tolerance on traffic offenders but of late it has been plagued by accidents that have claimed many lives.
Three weeks ago 32 people were killed in road accidents in KwaZulu-Natal within three hours. All three accidents are believed to have been caused by human error. The KwaZulu-Natal Transport MEC Bheki Cele vows this will come to an end this Easter season after unveiling the Easter holidays safety campaign yesterday, saying there will be no mercy for traffic offenders - both drivers and pedestrians.
Extra police officers will be deployed on the roads who will check on drunken driving, driver fatigue and speeding. South Africa lost 315 lives on the roads over the Easter weekend last year. KwaZulu-Natal accounted for 41 fatalities.
