The council for quality assurance in education, Umalusi, says some matric learners will not receive their results when they are released on Thursday next week.
Umalusi says a number of irregularities were reported, but they only affected a few learners. Pheliwe Lolwana, the Umalusi CEO, says these did not compromise the integrity of the exams.
Lolwana says they are satisfied that this year's exams were credible.
