Two suspects have been arrested - for possession of 20 bags of dagga - between Maluti and Mount Fletcher in the Eastern Cape.
The two men - aged 24 and 33 - are suspected to have been on the way to East London. Police spokesperson Bonisile Sigobe says the men were caught with 990kg of dagga with a street value of R990 000.
They will appear in the Maluti Magistrate’s Court on charges of possession of dagga on Monday.
