KZN taxi owner, family killed in attack

A taxi owner, his wife and daughter have been killed in KwaMashu, north of Durban. Police say unknown suspects opened fire on them when they entered their house last night.

The son, who was travelling with them, survived the attack. Police spokesperson, Muzi Mngomezulu, says it is still unclear whether the incident is related to taxi violence.

Police investigations are underway.
