ANC President Jacob Zuma could be given a date tomorrow for the hearing of his bid in Mauritius to stop the National Prosecuting Authority (NPA) from accessing documents for its corruption case against him. So far, a Mauritian court has followed a process of filing documents.
The secretary of the Mauritian judge who is handling Zuma's case, says that the case will be called tomorrow, when more affidavits will be filed. All parties are required to be in court, and there is an expectation that a date for the formal hearing of Zuma's case will be fixed.
Mauritius attorney general, Rama Valayden is opposing Zuma's bid to stop the documents from being sent to South Africa.
