Zuma fight on in corruption case

ANC President Jacob Zuma will know tomorrow whether he can challenge the National Prosecuting Authority's (NPA) application, in Mauritius, to access documents needed for their case against him.
Last week the Mauritian Attorney General announced that he would oppose Zuma's application.
Mauritius uses the French Inquisitorial system, where Judges play a huge role in determining cases; unlike South Africa where courts act as a referee.
The NPA wants the original copies of the evidence to proceed with its criminal case in August.
But Zuma is arguing that the Durban High Court Judge, who granted the NPA's request to access the Mauritian documents, did not have the authority to do so.
