Two matric learners of Akasia High School, north of Pretoria, are recovering after they were stabbed, allegedly by three fellow-pupils at the school.
One learner, Wickus van der Merwe, was discharged after treatment and the other, Wynand Botes, is still being treated at the Pretoria Academic Hospital.
The three fellow pupils have been arrested on charges of assault with intent to do grievous bodily harm. They have been released into their parents' custody.
Police found two knives in possession of two of those arrested.
